This 770,000 square foot premier logistics and last-mile distribution center in Queens was envisioned by RXR Realty. The redevelopment project, in a location formerly housing a printing factory, has been transformed into a state of the art industrial complex strategically located to support the Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan innovation economy. The five-story building comprises a two-story modern, Class A distribution facility with unparalleled fleet storage capabilities.
The highly professional RXR project team led the complex planning and construction phase of the project in collaboration with BL Companies and supported by Suffolk Construction. Adco is a proud trade partner with Suffolk, a premier builder, providing construction management services with expertise in complex projects in tight urban settings.
Working with this team, we provided full scale electrical construction engineering and installation services, as well as integrated technologies for the EV fleet management system.
