Working with longstanging customers Structuretone and Benchmark to support Google, the face of global innovation. We are proud to partner with Google on several projects to create an office space that inspires creating the next great progressions in the digital economy. Google’s strong presence in New York City have allowed them to draw on global talent and grow to new heights.
Google partnered with us to complete a ten million dollar project on the 13th floor of 111 8th avenue, and we are inspired by their investment in the Chelsea community. We have completed renovations of 111 8th avenue with several partners, all of whom have brought unique perspectives and guidance. Benchmark Builders was able to assist Google’s vision through anticipating Google’s complex construction needs, and supported Google to make their vision a reality. We assisted Benchmark in completing a ground floor lighting plan and disability infrastructure.
Structuretone is one of the most successful construction companies in the world, and their direction has been essential for successful project execution. We worked with Structuretone to complete the electrical interior fitout on the 13th floor at 111 8th avenue.
Google’s position in New York City has been immensely rewarding to both Google and the City of New York, and Google has expanded their presence at 345 Hudson and at 315 Hudson. We were able to assist Google’s expansion through working with Benchmark Builders on the demolition of 345 Hudson, 79 9th ave, and 85 10th ave. We constructed all of the necessary electrical infrastructure prior to the demolition at 315 Hudson street. Structuretone is leading the development of the property from a former candy factory into the core of Google’s New York presence. Google is set to double its workforce in the next ten years through its expansion into the Hudson offices. We helped accommodate Google’s new workforce through building the leveling sheet and fitout.
