Training

Leaders in the communications industry continually train ADCO technicians. Avaya, Siecor, Ortronics, Hubbell, Krone, Siemons, Panduit, Nordx, IBM, Molex, Leviton, Belden and AMP are some of our training partners.

Our partners offer both classroom and hands-on training. Upon completion of training, certificates are given to our technicians. By constantly keeping up with industry standards, ADCO provides clients with quality installations and superior service.

Certification of Installation

A minimum 15-year warranty is provided by ADCO with the use of the following products:

Avaya Systimax PDS 15 - Year System Warranty and Application Assurance Program

As an authorized Avaya Systimax Value Added Reseller (VAR), ADCOM can offer a fifteen (15) year warranty on all Avaya Systimax material installed by ADCO. In addition, we can offer a fifteen (15) year Application Assurance Program on all new Avaya Systimax installations that meet Avaya Systimax design and installation rules and have been installed by ADCO. This System Warranty and the application Assurance Program are only applicable to passive components (i.e. cable, connectors, patch panels, etc.). To be certified, each project must meet the following criteria:

• All passive products and components used must be Systimax approved as listed in the Avaya Systimax Product Catalog.
• The system must be designed in accordance with the Avaya Systimax PDS Design guidelines.
• The cabling system installation as well as any subsequent moves, additions and changes must be made in accordance with the Avaya Systimax Installation guidelines and by authorized and trained personnel.
• The Application Assurance Program only guarantees those applications listed in the Avaya Systimax certification documents. A copy of these applications is attached to the system certification documents.

Asbestos Environment

I.B.E.W. training and certified asbestos handlers are available when the need arises.

Documentation

As-built drawings can be manually generated or provided in CAD format (AutoCAD Version 14/2000)

Copper cable test results are generated with the use of the Omni Tester manufactured by Microtestâ and Scanlink software.

ADCO Extended Warranty

ADCO will provide a multimedia, multi-vendor warranty agreement on newly installed cable plant certifying that it will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the system cut over and acceptance by the client. This warranty will remain in effect as long as ADCO personnel or its authorized agents make all moves, changes and modifications to the cable plant.
